Position Description

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Culver City area.

Responsibilities

Multi-Task answer calls, emails from customers, and logging in calls
Perform Sorting and Filling duties
Maintain customer files so they remain updated and easily accessible
Investigate shortage or damage claims from customers/freight carriers
Import/Export documentation
Warehouse Inventory Analysis/review
Make outgoing calls and take phone messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, voicemail, and computer for word processing, and Excel spreadsheet creation etc.
Perform Data Entry Tasks
Help organize office duties
Retrieve/Submit files or documents to other departments (e.g. Shipping or Order Processing)
Perform other office duties as needed
Requirements

Proficient in MS; outlook, excel, and word
Great communication skills
Fast typist
Very good Organization and multi-task skills
Experience in office setting
Bilingual in Spanish
Customer service experience is a must
Job Type: Full-time Temp 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay rate- $14.25-15.00 per hour, depending on experience level

Requirements

High school or equivalent
2 years experience in Customer Service/Support Role
Must pass drug screen and Back ground

Pay is $14.25 to $15.00 D.O.E
