The Document Control Clerk will assist with the publish and release of documents, in support of all company departments for an aerospace manufacturing Company.

Computer Skills are required to perform this job successfully; an individual should have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Excel, Outlook, Word & Windows

Maintains and controls document revisions in corresponding document control system. Organizes all internal/external documents, (drawings and specifications) in a system where each item can be found and retrieved easily. Assists other departments with control of records and files, pertaining to Process Control Documents and Qualification Records.

Responsible for scanning “historical” information (e.g., drawing/sales numbers) for integration into computer system. Other duties may be assigned. Team Work –Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests.

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent Blue Print Reading Skills
Must be able to communicate in English (bilingual pref.)
Must clear background, drug screen, and E-Verify in order to be considered
Attendance issues within the first 30 days will result in end of assignment
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Strong attention to detail
Typing Abilities- Minimum 30 WPM with excellent accuracy.
Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm

Pay is $13.00 Hour
